1. Purpose

These general terms of sale govern the relationship between Meed Services OÜ, trading under the brand Sphinx-Digital ("the Provider"), and its business customers ("the Customer"), in the context of training and consulting services.

2. Orders

Every order is confirmed by the written acceptance of a quote and/or the signature of a training agreement between the Provider and the Customer.

3. Prices and invoicing

Prices are shown in euros. VAT is applied in accordance with Estonian and European regulations. For a business Customer established in another EU Member State with a valid VAT number, the tax is in principle self-assessed by the Customer (reverse charge, art. 196 of VAT Directive 2006/112/EC); the mention "reverse charge" then appears on the invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer on receipt (or via the online payment link where one is offered).

4. Funding

Services are invoiced directly to the Customer. They are not tied to any public training funding scheme (for example the CPF or OPCOs in France). Depending on the Customer's country of residence, local schemes may exist: it is up to the Customer to enquire with the relevant bodies.

5. Cancellation and postponement

• Cancellation more than 14 days before: no charge.
• Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% of the amount due.
• Less than 7 days before or no-show: 100% of the amount due.
• The Provider may postpone a session if the minimum number of participants is not reached, without compensation.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory rules applicable to the Customer.

Accessing and using the website sphinx-digital.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms of use.

2. Use of the site

The user undertakes not to impair the proper functioning of the site, not to attempt to access it fraudulently and to respect the Provider's intellectual property rights.

3. Liability

The Provider endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot be held liable for any errors or unavailability. Content is provided for information purposes.

4. External links

The site may contain links to third-party sites whose content the Provider does not control and for which it disclaims all responsibility.

Data controller

Meed Services OÜ (brand Sphinx-Digital), a company established in Estonia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Estonian data protection law.

Data collected

• Identification and contact data (name, email, company, phone) entered in the forms.
• Where applicable, anonymised audience measurement data (cookie-free analytics).

Purposes

• Answering quote and registration requests.
• Managing the contractual relationship and educational follow-up.
• Complying with our legal and accounting obligations.

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for 3 years after the last contact; contractual and accounting data for the legal retention periods (7 years for accounting records in Estonia).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them: privacy@sphinx-digital.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian data protection authority (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with the authority of your EU country of residence.
